Our technicians are the best there is in our industry. RCC sends our employees to local factory training courses, but we will also send employees to training programs out-of-state if needed to keep up with new technologies. We have ongoing in-house training and technical seminars. Almost all of our technicians are technical school graduates in HVAC-R and all have the required regulatory and environmental certifications to work on your equipment.
